Structural Engineer

Our client, a well-established and growing multidisciplinary property consultancy, is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in North London. This role is focused on refurbishment, remediation, and defect analysis of existing buildings – not new builds.The role:Lead structural assessments, defect diagnoses, and remediation designs.Design structural refurbishment and strengthening solutions across a range of materials.Carry out on-site inspections, oversee progress, and ensure compliance with UK building regs and Eurocodes.Produce clear, concise technical reports and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.Stay up-to-date with new digital tools (Tekla, TEDDS, etc.) and industry best practice.What they're looking for:Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringChartered (IStructE/ICE) or working towards5+ years' post-grad experienceStrong knowledge of structural design, refurbishment, and UK building regsProficient in software like Tekla, TEDDS, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent technical writing and communication skillsBenefits:Salary £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)HybridOn-site gym and amenities (Moving to new office soon)Private Healthcare26 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysIf you are looking for an opportunity to advance your career, apply today to join our client's dynamic team.
