Quantity Surveyor

Whether you want international experience or a long-term relocation down the line.Stability & Strength - Backed by a resilient and diverse client base across multiple sectors our client offers one of the most secure and future-ready platforms in the industry.Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders involved in projects.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives.Contract Administration:Manage and administer a variety of contracts, ensuring adherence to project objectives, governance frameworks, and best practices.Implement contract change management processes effectively to keep projects on track.The Requirements: Previous experience working in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management (could be working client side or for a Construction Consultancy) and Main Contractor experience would also be considered, however you must have a relevant degreeMust have experience working on projects in one of the following sectors: Infrastructure/ Civils/ Transport or Utilities, Nuclear, Power/ Energy and if Defence you will have SC ClearanceDegree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering)
