We are committed to driving positive environmental impact and optimizing infrastructure performance on a global scale.Role Purpose We are recruiting a systems-minded sustainability professional to support corporate-level EMS and EnMS framework implementation aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 14064 standards. You will play a key role in building integrated, auditable systems for sustainability across a growing global portfolio of data center projects. Responsibilities Conduct gap analyses of existing policies and procedures against ISO requirements. Design and document scalable, standardized IMS focused on EMS and EnMS frameworks to be deployed across multiple international projects. Develop documentation including environmental/energy policy, risk procedures, legal registers, carbon accounting methodologies, and reporting templates. Lead and support internal audits, pre-certification readiness reviews, and interface with external auditors. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and operational teams to drive adoption of best practices. Deliver role-specific training on ISO systems implementation, nonconformity response, and continual improvement. Ensure integration with other corporate and site-level processes and systems The Ideal Candidate Should Have: 2–5 years of relevant experience in ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 14064 compliance. Proven experience in multi-site EMS/EnMS development and certification support. Skilled in developing management system documentation, roadmaps, audit plans, and training content. Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to engage technical and executive audiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience across global markets, particularly EMEA, NAM and Middle East are a plus. Fluent in English (other EMEA languages a plus). Location and Travel The role is remote and any work whilst not on site will be home based. The preference is for the candidate to be based in EMEA.
