Client Support Administrator - (Bristol or Harrogate)About the RoleWe are working with a fast-growing wealth management firm to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their expanding team. This role plays a key part in supporting financial advisers by ensuring that all client information is accurate, up to date, and compliant, while helping to deliver an exceptional standard of service.The successful candidate will assist with client review preparation, manage provider communications, update financial planning systems, and help produce key documentation used in client meetings. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services to develop within a dynamic and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport advisers in preparing for client reviews.Ensure all client and plan data is accurately maintained in Intelligent Office (IO).Request and chase plan information from product providers and upload to IO upon receipt.Update contributions, withdrawals, and link any transfers within plans.Validate fund holdings and unit balances to ensure correct plan values.Confirm and update income expectations across client plans.Collate and review costs and charges, including commission, adviser fees, and fund-based charges.Prepare and check client valuation reports using standard IO templates.Assemble ‘OneNote Packs’ for advisers including:Client CharterFE Analytics researchKID documentsData capture formsInvestment comparisons (where applicable)Complete plan information checklists and liaise with providers to obtain outstanding data.Work closely with advisers to verify data accuracy for valuations and revenue matching.Handle client and provider phone calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.Produce client correspondence and maintain accurate, up-to-date client files.Assist with new business processing and application submissions.Keep informed of industry updates, product changes, and compliance requirements.Engage with internal training and development opportunities.Consistently deliver excellent client service and contribute to a positive team environment.Uphold the principles of Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).RequirementsPrevious experience supporting financial advisers Good knowledge of industry procedures; experience with IO is highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Organised, methodical, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Confident IT user, particularly with financial systems.Strong team player with a collaborative approach.A client-focused mindset and passion for delivering service excellence.What’s on OfferDiscretionary performance-related bonusPrivate Medical Insurance (post-probation)25 days holiday + ability to buy/sell up to 5 daysOffice closure over Christmas (3 days)Enhanced employer pension contributions (7.5%)Life assuranceHealth cash planHybrid working arrangementEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFree lunch/snacks Flexible benefits packageIf you're interested in joining a forward-thinking, rapidly growing financial services firm that combines innovation with strong industry backing, we'd love to hear from you.
