Description:Our client is a global leader in the nuclear energy industry.The Role:As a Project Scheduler (Planner) for a high-profile project, you will:Create, monitor, and analyse the Level 2 (Full project duration)/Level 3 schedule (12-18 months term) on the allocated engineering scope in accordance with standard of best project practiceMonitor project progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to dateProvide permanent support to project and technical teams in the optimisation of their schedules integrating also the constraints of the customer/suppliers.Identify interfaces at the assigned perimeter, and ensure that they are properly connected to other perimetersAnalyse activities on the critical path to identify the possible impact of delays, analyse deviations and propose appropriate actions to project managersFollow up on project milestones, alert in case of delays and participate in the definition of the recovery planParticipate in the calculation of physical progress and Earned Value Management and analyse the resultsTake part in the quantification of planning impacts in the event of changes in the scope of the contractContribute to periodic planning reports and KPI’s analysisWork closely with the L4 schedulers to link these levels that are in different toolsActively participates to the planning communityContribute to the continuous improvement of methods & tools.Essential Qualifications, Experience and SkillsBachelor’s degree is mandatory, Master’s degree is desirableEngineering or technical backgroundExperience in project management with proven ability in project scheduling and timeline coordination.Experience of Primavera P6 or at least another scheduling tool (MS project/Planisware)Experience on a major industrial project, if possible in the nuclear industry.Understanding of Civil Work, Layout and Electro-mechanical engineering sequence of activitiesGood analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication (written and spoken) and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, initiative and ability to work as part of a teamCustomer-oriented and ability to interact with various levels of stakeholdersLanguages (level)English fluent (required)French – bonusCompetitive Salary & BenefitsOur Client is offering flexible benefits that support their people across all aspects of their lives.
