Grounds Operative needed in Yate, Bristol, 14phPlease make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.PAYE - Reference: 371429Responsible for all aspects of grounds maintenance including hedge cutting, grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance. Collection of any litter, fly tips, emptying of bins etc on public open space.Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pmOperating specialist equipment such as strimmers, hedge cutters, hand blowers, pole saw and other power tools for certain taskson a daily basis, to a high standard ensuring that safety procedures are followed and reporting faults and breakdowns as part of routine checks of equipment.Checking work is completed to the required standards, you willprovide support, advice, and allocate daily tasks to a small group of staff ensuring they have clear instructions.Working within the approved risk assessment framework, you will ensure the safety of yourself and colleagues reporting any issues of concern.Communicate with customers and give good, accurate advice and information andmake sure thatdocuments and records are accurate, up to date and accessible.This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.If you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV toquoting the reference number.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
