We're raising the bar, streamlining how we work, and unlocking new opportunities to grow, engage and convert, setting a new standard for marketing at HL.Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for a CRM Campaign Executive to support the Senior Campaign Manager for Growth in driving the optimisation and evolution of our CRM lifecycle activities. In this role, you'll help implement, monitor, and refine client engagement programs, contributing to stronger, data-driven communication strategies that replace underperforming activity and build deeper emotional connections with our clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in CRM marketing, data analysis, use of channels and client lifecycle management within a collaborative, fast-paced financial services environment.What you'll be doingAssisting the Growth Lead in executing lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and campaign performance across all channelsSupport monitoring and analysis of CRM activity performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.Helping coordinate testing and learning programs, tracking results and contributing to iterative improvements.Working closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery and integration.Preparing regular reports and insights summaries to inform decision making and demonstrate impact.Managing day-to-day operational tasks related to campaign setup, audience segmentation, and scheduling.Supporting stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and momentum for growth initiatives.Building campaign canvas/workflows in the Braze CRM system and or coordinate the production and distribution direct mail activityAbout youPrevious experience in financial services and CRM, customer strategy, or transformation roles.Demonstrated success delivering improved client experience, retention, or revenue.Experience working with or managing CRM technology.Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in client data and communications.Some knowledge of data structures, customer data management, and integration with marketing, sales, and service platforms.Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform improvementsExperience of test and learn activityUnderstanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement techniquesInterview ProcessThis will be a two stage interview with task.Working ScheduleThis role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.Why us?Here at HL, we're the UK's number 1 investment platform for private investors, based in Bristol.
