We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity available for a Female ISVA Triage Worker to join our team based in Bristol. You will join us on a full-time , permanent contract working 37.5 hours each week on a rota basis (8.30am4.30pm & 9.30am5.30pm); this will be mainly office based with some home working, you will provide support and advocacy to victims who have experienced rape or sexual assault. SAFE Link provides an independent victim-focused service. The service is committed to the Victims Code of Practice. Our ethos is to enable victims to cope and recover after their assault. You will work closely with the Police, Lighthouse Safeguarding Unit, the SARC and other partner agencies to promote positive and proactive working relationships. You will have a good understanding of the traumatic impact of sexual assault and rape and have experience of providing support and carrying out needs and risk assessments with vulnerable adults and children.Key duties and responsibilities of our Female Safe Link ISVA Triage Worker:Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to match the needs of the victim.Evidence of the ability to provide respectful, non-judgemental and confidential support.Knowledge of the impact and support needs of victims who have experienced sexual violence.Experience of risk assessing, safety planning and safeguarding relating to vulnerable adults and children.Knowledge of criminal and civil legal proceedings relating to sexual violence and assault.Experience of working in partnership with a wide range of statutory and voluntary agencies.A commitment to the victim's code of practice.Closing date: 9am on Wednesday 30th July 2025Interviews will be held on Wednesday 6th August 2025 and Thursday 7th August 2025If you are motivated, resourceful and passionate please apply now to join us as our Female Safe Link ISVA Triage Worker and contribute to the valuable work Next Link and its wider services, delivering hope and support to survivors of domestic violence and abuse.Next Link is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk of abuse, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
