Job Description Hiring for Supply Officer in FiltonOur client is seeking a proactive Supply Officer to join their Supply Chain Operations team based in Filton, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days onsite after training).Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of suppliers across the end-to-end supply chain.Monitoring demand, forecasts, and order book management.Identifying risks and driving mitigation and recovery actions.Challenging and improving supplier performance.Using SAP/MRP and data tools to support decision-making.Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Supporting supply chain transformation and automation initiatives.Acting as the first point of contact for supply chain queriesRequirements:Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.SAP/MRP experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of LEAN and project management principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility and willingness to travel if required.If you are interested kindly share your updated CV on [email protected]'s connect to discuss more.
