Cost Clerk Role Full-time role, based in Bristol Initial 6 month contract Previous construction exp required Key responsibilities Verify the accuracy of invoices and Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and reconcile them against purchase orders. Allocate costs to the appropriate cost codes and update cost registers for ongoing projects. Liaise with suppliers to verify deliveries and resolve queries, and communicate with site teams to ensure accurate cost capture and progress updates. Manage ticket receipts, finalise contract accounts, process site returns, and assist with the preparation of cost reports. Resolve invoice queries and discrepancies, and ensure the prompt collection of credit notes.
