Internal Sales Representative

Location: Keynsham, UK Hours: Full-time Join the Team at Sydenhams Panels and Plywood! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to train as an Internal Sales Planner and join our busy sales team in Keynsham. Whether you are a college leaver ready to kick-start a rewarding career in the timber and sheet material industry, or you already have hands-on experience in furniture fitting, cabinet making, kitchens, carpentry, or joinery and are looking to take your career in a new direction this could be the perfect opportunity for you. About the Role In this role, you will: Handle, plan and process cut-to-size sheet material & edge banding enquiries. Advise customers on the best material and design options to solve their project requirements. Work closely with our production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Provide excellent service to both trade and retail customers. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment, including: Homag panel saws Edge banders & CNC machines Italian laminate press With access to Medite, Egger, Kronospan, and Finsa product ranges, plus our extensive stock of high-quality Birch plywood and more, youll have the very best materials at your fingertips. About You We would love to hear from you if you: Are a college leaver with a keen interest in woodworking, design, or manufacturing, and are eager to learn new skills; or Have experience in cabinetry, kitchen manufacturing, carpentry, or joinery. Are curious, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving. Have great communication skills and a focus on delivering quality and service. Are computer-literate and comfortable learning order processing systems. Can read and understand technical drawings or cutting lists (training provided for less experienced applicants). (Full training will be given, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as prior experience.)
