Job Description Senior Site Manager | Bristol Salary: Up to 65,000 + Package Location: Bristol Sector: Construction | Main ContractorWalker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West.This role will see you leading projects up to 6m in value, taking full responsibility for site delivery from start through to completion. The RoleYoull take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.Key responsibilities: Managing site operations and subcontractors Driving programme and site productivity Ensuring health 'safety compliance Maintaining quality and site standards Liaising with project teams, consultants and clients Managing reporting, progress updates and site documentation About You Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager Background working for a main contractor Experience delivering projects in the 3m10m range Strong leadership and site coordination skills SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Whats on Offer Salary up to 65,000 + package Opportunity to lead projects up to 6m Join a highly respected regional contractor Strong pipeline of work across Bristol & the South West Interested?Get in touch for a confidential discussion.
