Due to continued growth, they are expanding and are seeking a Property Manager to join their team.Role Overview:As a Student Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients property portfolio and ensuring high levels of service for student tenants. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in property no previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. If youre organised, communicative, and passionate about property, this could be the perfect fit.Property Manager Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of student propertiesConduct property check-ins and check-outsComplete out-of-office inspectionsCoordinate with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding maintenance and repairsRespond to and manage tenant inquiries and requests efficientlyConduct routine inspections and report any property maintenance issuesProcess tenancy renewals and lease agreementsEnsure compliance with all property and health & safety regulationsProperty Manager Key Skills:Strong communication skillsGenuine interest in the property sectorFull, clean drivers license and own vehicleHighly organised with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyProperty Manager Package:Salary: 27,000 - 33,000 DOEMonday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:30 am 3:30 pm, with a weekday off in lieu)Early start on Tuesday at 8:30 am and early finish on Friday at 5:30 pmFree parking space included
