Job DescriptionEmployee Relations Specialist HR Advisory Hybrid in Filton27ph (via umbrella), contract until 31/12/2025, with extension potentialHybrid working 3 days per week on-site in FiltonOccasional travel to another UK siteBPSS clearance eligibility neededEngage in meaningful industrial relations work and drive positive culture changeABOUT THE CLIENT:Our client is a prominent multinational Aerospace manufacturing organisation with major UK operations and a strong commitment to employee development and workplace culture. Their HR function plays a key role in supporting complex programmes across various sites. Due to increased activity, they are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support operations in Filton and beyond.THE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:Advise HRBPs and line managers on employee relations issues (grievance, performance, absence, flexible working, etc.)Manage industrial relations topics, including interpreting collective agreements and working with employee repsConduct investigations, compile reports, and recommend fair resolutionsHelp shape HR policies and procedures in line with legal and business needsUpskill colleagues through training and knowledge-sharing in ER/IR best practiceMaintain accurate and confidential records and support a positive employee experienceEMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Proven experience in employee relations within a large organisationStrong knowledge of UK employment law and industrial relations practicesExcellent communication, investigation, and influencing skillsExperience in case management, policy reviews, and disciplinary/investigations TO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via [email protected].
