Job Description Cell Manufacturing LeaderBristol location55,000 - 60,000 plus bonus and benefitsA Cell Manufacturing Leader is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will report into the Production Manager and ensure that you own and manage a Manufacturing cell(s) to meet and continually improve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery KPIs.This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of up to 60,000 plus bonus and benefits.Overview of the Cell Manufacturing Leader role:Manage the day-to-day Manufacturing activities from component receipt to assembly completion through the Cell teams (Team Leader, Cell Manufacturing Engineer, Coordinators and Operators).Ensure capacity planning is in line with production schedules.Create and communicate recovery plans where components/products do not meet promise dates.Develop a culture of continues improvement through all levels of the Cell.Key skills and qualifications required for the Cell Manufacturing Leader role:A number of years experience leading, motivating and developing a team.Significant experience in multi-disciplined manufacturing environment.A demonstrated history of leadership skills including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment.Possess a strong track record of delivering results in an operational environment as well as proven experience implementing Lean Principles.If you are a Cell Manufacturing Leader looking for a new opportunity either apply online or, if would like to find out about other opportunities please contact [email protected] or phone 0161 694 9216.Do you know anyone who might be looking for a new role?
