The Opportunity Our client, a well-established and highly regarded food manufacturer, is seeking a talentedNPD Managerto lead the development of new and exciting products. In this role, you’ll manage the full development cycle, working cross-functionally and directly with major UK retailers to bring high-quality, commercially successful products to market. Key Responsibilities Manage the full NPD process from concept through to successful launch. Lead innovation projects in collaboration with major UK retail customers. Identify and respond to food trends and customer insights to create commercially viable products. Work closely with internal teams, including technical, production, and commercial, to ensure project delivery. Oversee product trials, ensuring feasibility, quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Deliver presentations and updates to both internal stakeholders and external retail partners. Requirements Proven experience as anNPD Managerwithin the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of UK retailer requirements and expectations. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Confident communicator and collaborator, able to lead cross-functional teams. Commercially minded with a passion for innovation and quality.
