Job Description YOU MUST BE UK-BASED AND HAVE TRADE MARK EXPERIENCE GAINED FROM A UK-BASED FIRM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP.A brand new trade mark support vacancy with a leading international law firm. The role will be responsible for a range of paralegal and formalities related duties including:Managing the IPMS and client IPMSsFiling new trade mark and design applicationsInstructing foreign agents for worldwide applicationsReporting to clientsHandling incoming correspondenceRecordal projectsProcessing official documentationBeing a point of contact for clients, overseas attorneys, and IPOsProviding schedules and status reports to clientsWatch notices and searchesInvoicing and billing.The successful individual will have at least 12 months trade mark experience and ideally hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate.The firm offer a strong salary and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work from their City-based offices on a hybrid basis.
