Job Description IT TrainerUp to 40,000/ paBath/ Bristol, UKiO Associates is partnering with a well-established UK law firm recognised for its regional footprint and comprehensive legal services across commercial, private client, and property sectors.The role involves delivering firmwide IT training across multiple offices, supporting new starters, refresher sessions, project implementations, and targeted training as required.Responsibilities:Deliver in-person and remote IT training for new starters and existing staff.Create clear training materials, guides, and lesson plans.Identify training needs and update the firm's training plan accordingly.Support IT projects, including testing and feedback. Requirements:Strong customer-focused approach and experience training users across varying skill levels.Ideally 12+ months of IT training experience (law-firm environment advantageous).Solid understanding of the full training lifecycle and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Proactive, team-oriented, and confident delivering training.High proficiency with Windows and MS Office; knowledge of legal-specific tools and relevant certifications are beneficial.Interview slots available this week.Apply now or send your CV for a confidential chat.
