Are you ready to make a real impact on global HR operations? We're looking for a Senior HR Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that transform processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the employee experience. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with line management responsibility for two HR Project Managers and two HR Process Leads. As a key member of the HR Service Leadership team, you'll take ownership of analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that optimise workflows and drive operational excellence. You'll manage HR projects from inception to completion, including BAU cycles such as performance and training, while using data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be central to your success, as you collaborate across teams and facilitate workshops to gain consensus on improvement initiatives. To succeed in this role, you'll bring at least 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on process improvement, project management, or change management. You'll have a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and client service, ideally within professional or financial services environments. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and inspire teams are essential, along with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
