With an impressive client list and a reputation as a market leader in the education sector, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.The Role: Recruitment ResourcerAs a Recruitment Resourcer, youll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:Selling TeacherActives services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPIs and targets.Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.What Were Looking ForIf youre driven by results and love working in a buzzing, target driven environment, youll thrive here.Key attributes we value:Determination, motivation, and resilienceExperience working in a customer facing roleExperience working towards targets and deadlines Strong time management and organisational skills Confidence and a natural ability to build relationshipsExceptional communication skillsWhats in it for youAt TeacherActive, were invested in your success.
