Are you an experienced, ambitious Construction Recruiter looking for the opportunity to work for a well established recruitment agency based in Bristol, if so then this could be the role for you. As an experienced Consultant you will be expected to: Place long term temporary blue collar construction temporary workers across the Bristol area Build client relationships by arranging new site visits to Building and Construction sites across the North West. Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. Monitor performances to ensure that the clients and candidates are consistently updated. Achieve targets and adhere to agreed recruitment timescales. Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants within the Construction Industry.
