This role requires an individual to provide highly efficient support to the firms graduate recruitment process, including liaising with key internal stakeholders about requirements, advertising vacancies, coordinating selection events and managing the process from application through to offer. The individual will ensure that we are attracting the best candidates and that all prospective employees receive a positive candidate experience and co-ordinate on-boarding activities. The individual will also support the wider People and Development team with experienced hire recruitment and deliver against projects as required. In this key and varied role, you can expect to:Drive and implement early careers strategy across the firm.Engage with educational institutions to create pipelines of early careers talent across the firm.Continuous improvement of early careers recruitment and selection processes, Subject matter expert for the business on early careers recruitment, operating with credibility and consistency while educating and supporting stakeholders Improving DEI across our early careers population.Coordinated approach to STEM outreach activity for the UK businessPlan and manage the graduate, placement and apprentice campaign from start to finishMeet with internal stakeholders to fully understand the unique requirements of their roles and the type of candidate theyre looking for to ensure cultural alignment when identifying potential talent.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan campus activities with key college/universities Liaise with marketing to design campaign materialsAdvertise vacancies internally and externally (incl. college/university job boards)Book and attend careers fairs and coordinate attendeesReview high volume of applications and manage the candidate experienceEnsure the e-recruitment system is regularly monitored and candidates receive timely communications following their applicationSchedule and conduct telephone interviewsDesign and coordinate graduate assessment centres, including organising venues, room bookings, catering, preparation of materials and candidate packs, assessor support, facilitating wash up sessions and candidate management.Deliver timely and accurate feedback to candidates. Coordinate and deliver onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experienceManage campaign budget and plan accordingly for the year aheadConduct exit interviews with placements. High quality internal training and support for early careers professionalsMaking recommendations for improvements to early careers recruitment and development processes, identifying potential issues and referring them to appropriate manager.Analysis of campaign performance to inform and deliver the end of campaign review, making recommendations to the Head of HR and Board for subsequent campaignsAbout youTo be successful in this role youll need:You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You will be educated to degree level, be highly organised, able to work under pressure and manage a high volume of work.Experience in an in-house early careers recruitment role. previous experience of coordinating graduate assessment centres in a recruitment position. An understanding of the apprenticeship levy and relevant course providers. A working knowledge of visas in relation to early careers recruitment.
