Social Care Worker

Job Description: Full time 37.5 hours/week Chescombe Trust is a charitable trust that provides lifelong care and support to adults with learning disabilities. We support 19 service users across three homes on one site in Patchway. We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who are looking to join a busy home in supporting our residents in all aspects of care and engagement within the local community. They must be able to work both independently and as part of a team with a willingness to learn and support to our high standards. The shift pattern will include days and evenings with some weekend working. This may also include working on public holidays. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Please note that all applicants will be required to complete a Chescombe Trust application form for this post, which will be emailed to you. If successful at interview an enhanced DBS check and background checks will be carried out. In addition, we also offer Full induction with ongoing training.
