In this specialist role, youll lead and develop person-centred care for customers with clinical and complex needs, helping them remain safely at home.Working across one of our regions (with regular travel), youll play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, improving quality, and embedding excellent clinical practice. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Lead, youll be visible in the field supporting managers, mentoring carers, and creating a strong learning culture that enables safe, confident delivery of complex care.This role offers real autonomy and the chance to shape how clinical excellence is delivered in a growing, commercial care environment that values your professional judgement.What youll doLead and oversee all clinical interventions and delegated nursing tasks, providing expert guidance on complex care.Manage the day-to-day clinical case management of customers with complex needs, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.Write, review and quality-assure care plans to the highest clinical standards.Support branch and regional managers with clinical assessments, supervisions and professional guidance.Train, mentor and observe carers in the field, providing feedback and promoting best clinical practice.Deliver and oversee clinical training for carers (including Live-in and HVS), in line with NHS direction and organisational standards.Guide and approve costings for Complex Care packages and assess new business opportunities.Identify opportunities to grow and develop Complex Care services, supporting regional performance and profitability.Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed with QA and aligned to regulatory requirements and latest NICE and NMC guidance.Champion a strong culture of clinical governance, quality and continuous improvement across your region.What youll bringA current NMC PIN (Adult) and strong, up-to-date clinical expertise.Experience working with complex clinical needs and delegated nursing tasks.Confidence supporting, training and influencing others in a multi-disciplinary environment.A strong understanding of clinical governance, regulation and quality frameworks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance quality care and business sustainability.A proactive, flexible mindset and the ambition to shape and develop a specialist clinical role.Why Helping HandsCompetitive salary of 45,000 per annumCar allowance of 400 per monthAnnual NMC registration fee paidOngoing CPD support25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysWorkplace pension schemeEmployee assistance programmeThe opportunity to make the role your own in an organisation that trusts and values clinical expertiseA genuinely supportive culture with clear opportunities for professional growthAt Helping Hands, were committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
