We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our early years education team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and nurturing interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development principles, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and well-being. The Role: Position: Bank Nursery Practitioner Location: Bristol Start Date: As soon as possible Salary : 16- 18per hour Duration: Flexible to suit you Duties Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social development in line with the curriculum. Observe and assess individual children's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform planning and reporting. Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that respects each child's unique needs and backgrounds. Support children's emotional well-being by providing consistent reassurance and positive interactions. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children's holistic development. Ensure health and safety policies are rigorously followed, including hygiene practices and risk assessments. Assist in the smooth daily operation of the nursery, including setting up activities, tidying spaces, and managing resources effectively. Skills Recognized Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging activities tailored to diverse developmental needs. Compassionate approach with patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Good organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and planning. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
