You will help deliver inspiring learning experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about early years education and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, community-focused environment.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS frameworkSupport children's personal, social, and emotional developmentObserve and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning journalsEnsure children's safety and wellbeing are always prioritisedBuild strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesSupport children with additional needs where appropriateEssential CriteriaLevel 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalentPrevious experience working with children aged 0-5 yearsSound understanding of the EYFSExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA caring, patient, and professional approachDesirable CriteriaExperience working in a nursery or early years settingKnowledge or experience supporting children with SENDEssential requirements:Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer Sponsorship or accept Skilled Worker visas.Able to provide two recent references (from the last two years).Hold a current DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one Please note, if you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of 62.70.
