The Role As a Support Worker, the focus is on enabling individuals to live life on their own terms through practical, emotional, and social support. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal routines Delivering person-centred support that reflects individual needs, choices, and aspirations Promoting health and wellbeing, including support with medical appointments Encouraging social inclusion, education, training, and employment opportunities Administering medication safely and following safeguarding procedures Championing equality, diversity, and human rights in everyday practice Shift Details Two permanent roles available: 37 hours per week and 38 hours per week Two-week rota provided A variety of day shifts, with start times from 7:30am and finishes up to 10:00pm Alternate weekends required Whats Needed A caring, reliable, and proactive approach Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and professionals Commitment to delivering high-quality, dignified support Flexibility and a positive attitude Previous experience is beneficial, but full training is provided Why Apply?
