What Youll Be Doing Provide attentive, high-quality care to children aged 05 years. Plan and deliver creative, fun, and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework . Support childrens emotional, social, and educational development in a safe, stimulating space. Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their childs progress. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery day-to-day. Support and mentor less experienced staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Uphold safeguarding , health and safety , and hygiene standards at all times. Be a positive role model , inspiring curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. What Were Looking For Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential). Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting. A genuine passion for early years education and child development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ??
