General Builder

We have a brand new opportunity for a General Builder to join a large housing association in Bristol. From day one, you will receive up to 36k, overtime, company van, fuel card, and over 33 days of annual leave. This role will involve working with the repairs team to help keep occupied homes safe for tenants. We are keen to speak to anyone with experience in general building trades, whether that's carpentry, roofing, bricklaying, fencing, or groundworks. As a General Builder, you will be responsible for: Digging underground drainage, repairing collapsed pipework, and installing soakaways Roofing and roof repairs, problem-solving roof issues, assessing roof integrity, and guttering repairs Re-pointing, minor rendering, tiling, and cement work All types of fencing, including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels Laying self-levelling compound, flooring, and floor tiles Repairing brickwork and blockwork We would like to speak to anyone with: A General Builder background A full driving licence The ability to complete a DBS check As a General Builder, you will receive: Up to 36k+ salary + Overtime Company Van Fuel Card 25 days holiday + bank holidays Discounts on restaurants, hotels, and more Tool allowance This is a mobile role based in Bristol so will require an element of travel.
