We're looking for a hands-on leader to drive process improvement and engineering excellence at our modern manufacturing site commutable to Bristol In this key leadership position, you'll manage process engineering and improvement activities, coaching and mentoring a team of engineers to deliver best-in-class performance. You'll also lead the process maintenance team, applying technical insight to enhance manufacturing capability and introduce new technologies.
