CNC Setter/Operator (Programming) 15.00 - 17.00 + Overtime + Profit Share + Training + Early Finish Fridays + Days Based + Monday - Friday Nailsea Are you a CNC Operator/Setter with a background in offline programming or similar, looking for a daytime role with good weekly pay, optional overtime, and early finishes every Friday? This is a chance to join a well-established precision manufacturer specialising in plastics machining, currently expanding rapidly due to a strong pipeline of new contracts. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision plastic components. This position would suit a CNC Setter/Operator with experience in offline programming or similar, looking for a days-based, Monday-Friday role with optional overtime and a supportive team environment.
