You will be responsible for the management of all M&E responsibilities on the projects, including assisting with the appointment and management of MEP Consultants, Designers and Sub-Contractors. This role would suit an M&E project coordinator who is looking for a new opportunity to play an integral role within an established company where you will be recognised for the work you put in. The Role: Negotiate and execute the appointments, scope, and fees of consultants and designers. Prepare MEP design programmes and technical submissions schedules, secure designers' and specialist sub-contractors' buy-in to these timescales and then manage the process and monitor progress throughout the project. Manage the M&E contractors during both the design and construction phases. Review key MEP materials, plant, and interfaces to ensure they are fit for purpose. Organise, schedule, and chair technical meetings with members of the design team and supply chain.
