Industrial Door Engineer Salary: Up to 40,000 (Depending on Experience) Location: Bristol The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a leading Fire and Security Systems provider based in the South West. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automatic and industrial door systems, including roller shutters, sectional doors, and fire shutters. As an Industrial Door Engineer , youll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and installation of automatic doors across a wide range of customer sites. Youll also have the chance to work with other automation systems, such as industrial doors, fire shutters, gates, and barriers. This position offers excellent scope for professional growth within a supportive and forward-thinking team. What Youll Need Proven experience as an Industrial Door Engineer or in a similar role within the industrial/commercial door sector Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, and commissioning of automatic doors in line with industry standards Additional experience with roller shutters, sectional doors, fire shutters, gates, or barriers is highly desirable Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Desire to learn and develop within the automation and access industry Understanding of BS EN 16005:2023 - Power operated pedestrian door sets; safety in use, requirements and test methods.
