Studio Manager

Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 57 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening a brand-new studio in Filton in April 2026 and are looking for the right person to help launch and lead it. This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers 13.25 per hour, commission & bonuses (OTE up to 35,000), upon completion of your successful probationary period. About the Role: Were seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager to take a key role in launching and leading this new location. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from day one and truly make the studio your own. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful launch and continued growth.
