About The Role Regional Lead for Infrastructure, South West England Location: Bristol or Cardiff area (hybrid working across the South West). The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic South West Regional Lead to drive our infrastructure business forward. You will lead an established team, champion growth into new sectors, and ensure our work aligns with the National Infrastructure Plan. This is a key leadership role with the scope to shape strategy, inspire others, and make a real impact. What You'll Do Develop and implement a regional strategy supporting our national objectives Expand our portfolio into Defence, Utilities, Highways, Aviation and Energy Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team Build strong client relationships and develop new partnerships Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement Ensure financial control and achievement of growth targets Support cross-regional initiatives and joint bidding efforts What You'll Bring Proven leadership in infrastructure or related sectors Strategic planning and business development experience Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders Commercial acumen and understanding of regional market dynamics Commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture About You About Us Why Join Us?
