Refer-a-friend bonus- 500 for successful referralsResponsibilities: The successful applicant will lead, manage and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their daily lives.About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this small, specialist home, supporting two children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. Youll lead a dedicated team, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Youll also play a key role in the ongoing development and improvement of the service, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.RequirementsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)Minimum 2-3 years' managerial experience in childrens residential careStrong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and child protectionExperience supporting children with LD, EBD and Complex NeedsExperience opening or developing services is desirable If you're an experienced Registered Manager and like the sound of this opportunity, or would just like some more information.
