The RoleAs MEP Project Manager, youll take ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued up to 30 million.Youll be responsible for coordinating MEP design, procurement, and delivery, ensuring systems are integrated seamlessly into the wider construction programme.Working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team, youll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance - on time and within budget.
