HR System Implementation Project Manager - Outside IR35 HR System Implementation Project Manager - Outside IR35 6 month initial contract Hybrid working - Bristol 500-550/day -Outside IR35 This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with HR System (HCM) implementation experience. This Construction organisation will be going through a full digital transformation, moving their HR processes from paper-based to a fully functional HCM system. This individual will be managing the HCM rollout from start to finish, defining the project design, build, test, and implementation of their future HCM solution. This will be working alongside a full ERP implementation and will involve managing interdependencies between the two deliveries.
