Assistant Stores Person

Job DescriptionDescriptionAs an assistant Stores person, youll be supporting the Stores person with everything that moves within the yard and stores. You will liaise with supervisors and operatives to support the ordering and distribution of materials and supplies for use in field operations. You will successfully employ best business practices to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and increase performance.nKey ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone to:n Establish and continuously monitor the depot and stores location, ensuring strong housekeepingn Issue all stock to Operations teamsn Accurately capture, and record of all stock issued in sagen Check stock levels on a regular basisn Be responsible for storing, cataloguing and distributing supplies by arranging for collection and delivery of equipment and or packagesn Ensure relationships are in place to source strategic stock at short noticen Ensure there is appropriate PPE to maintain a safe working environmentn Ensure suppliers maintain compliance with delivery specificationsn Check quantities of unpacked supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders n Someone to ensure Health, Safety & compliance within the yardn Delivery stores and materials to various different operational sites across the region.nExperience and Qualificationsnn Communication Good verbal and written communication skillsn HSE - Adherence to safety policies and regulationsn Telehandler license is essentialn Computer knowledge including excel, Word, emailn An understanding of the materials needed to maintain operationsn Sage stock managementnSalary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.nNetwork Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
