Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyCobalt are currently assisting one of the Build to Rent industry's leading businesses in their search for a Resident Service Associate , for a new luxurious Build To Rent development in the City of Bristol.About the RoleFor this position, the BTR developer will ideally want someone with a professional background in either property, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service. You will be a pivotal member of the site/front of house team, ensuring that residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the company standard, and the team works as one. This role will report to the Residential Service Manager, providing an exceptional resident experience through delivery of first-class customer service.ResponsibilitiesFace to face resident interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at homeDealing with Maintenance and aliasing with contractorsConducting customers viewings and toursUndertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areasLogging receipt and collection of customer parcelsBuilding security and resident administration in line with GDPRArranging and hosting events for residentsLogging and reporting all Health and Safety tasksAdministrative duties predominantly revolving around reports producing system reportsQualificationsDemonstrable experience of working in customer-facing role; hospitality/property/customer service backgroundAwareness of H&S requirements on-site and a demonstrable ability to implement H&S on siteContinually strives to improve knowledge, skills and abilities to produce the best resultsA flexible approach, dedication to working well in a teamPositive attitude and ability to go above and beyond for residents with little supervisionProficient with common software eg Microsoft/Windows etcExcellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracyExperience with events desirablePay range and compensation packageup to 28,000 depending on experiencePlease apply today!
