Payroll Analyst | 40,000-50,000 + benefits | UK (Fully Remote) | Permanent We're supporting an international organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst for a fully remote role based in the UK. This Payroll Analyst position sits within a growing finance function and offers exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, with regular interaction across the UK and US. As a Payroll Analyst, you'll join a collaborative finance team where high standards sit alongside flexibility and genuine support for development, all within a fully remote UK setup. How you'll make an impact Analyse payroll data and trends including salaries, commissions and variable pay. Deliver payroll and commission insights to support key business decision making. Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Act as a key contact for payroll queries, including US-based stakeholders. Deliver accurate payroll journals and postings to the general ledger. Support month-end close through reconciliations and variance analysis. Partner closely with HR on starters, leavers, changes and commission inputs. Investigate and resolve payroll issues with sound judgement and attention to detail Why you're a great fit Essential Experience in a payroll-focused or payroll-heavy finance role Exposure to international payroll and payroll accounting Strong analytical skills with confidence explaining payroll data and outcomes Solid understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations Organised, proactive approach suited to fully remote working Desirable Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment Exposure to US payroll or regular collaboration with US teams Understanding of intercompany or consolidation principles What you'll get in return As a Payroll Analyst, you'll benefit from a people-first culture that values trust, accountability and balanced working.
