The Role As a senior fee earner, youll take the lead on a broad range of complex and high-value residential property matters. Youll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, driving departmental growth, and maintaining the firms reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of high-quality residential transactions. Acting for HNW individuals, investors, and private clients. Providing strategic input to support the ongoing success of the team. Supervising and developing junior lawyers. Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. About You 78 years PQE+ with strong technical expertise in residential property. Confident handling complex, bespoke transactions. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience. Commercially astute with a client-focused approach. Able to work full-time from the firms Bristol office.
