Senior People Business Partner

YT Technologies are looking for aSenior People Partner to join our clients growing organisation. The ideal person for this role will be someone who has deep experience of partnering with engineering teams, within a fast paced tech/engineering environment, and can think creatively. Key Responsibilities; Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across engineering and tech teams. Support workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning. Coach managers on performance, development, and leadership. Lead change initiatives and drive cultural engagement across the business. Manage complex people challenges with empathy, discretion, and sound judgement. Key experience / skills; Proven experience in a high-growth or technology-driven business. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-focused. Confident balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
