This role is crucial for managing the financial and administrative operations of the school, contributing to its strategic growth and success. Responsibilities: Oversee the school's budget and financial planning Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Lead on HR functions, including staff recruitment and training Provide strategic input on resource allocation and asset management Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar financial management role within an educational setting Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite Understanding of HR processes and best practices Desirable Skills & Experience: Recognised accounting or finance qualification Experience with school management software Knowledge of educational regulatory frameworks Please note that you will be required to work on-site 4/5 days per week, however, there is some flexibility to work 1 day from home.
