As a Fire Risk Assessment Surveyor Bristol , you will: Carry out pre-surveys of fire doors and compartmentation. Identify non-conformance and provide technical solutions to FRA issues. Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, including compliance checks. Produce clear survey reports and technical recommendations. Oversee and support the delivery of FRA works. Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, Health & Safety regulations, and Approved Document B. Knowledge & Experience Passive Fire Protection surveying experience. Experience using surveying applications such as Site Audit Pro and PlanRadar. Experience working in social housing environments. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. IFE Fire Door Inspections Level 3 (preferred). NVQ / ASFP Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (preferred).
