Cost Management Opportunities - Infrastructure Sector (South West, UK) Associate to Senior LevelA leading consultancy in the infrastructure sector is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors to join their growing team. You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation, professional growth, and making a real difference.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.Administer a variety of contracts (NEC3 preferred) in line with project goals and governance.Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Manage cost variance, contract cash flow, and ensure timely and correct applications.Collaborate with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs, control costs, and drive value engineering.Lead on contract change management and ensure best practices are followed.Support continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and budget control.Offer sound commercial advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.Negotiate and agree final accounts.Lead commissions and mentor junior team members as needed.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with NEC3 contracts (Options A, C & E preferred).Proficiency in cost management, change control, valuation, and risk management.Knowledge of procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting.A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Experience in people and commission management is a plus.Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.Working towards or holding membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, AACE, etc.).Location: Roles are available across the South West of England, with flexible working arrangements considered.If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or message me directly to learn more.Your application will be dealt with in the strictest confidence by Nicky Hughes.
