You'll manage end-to-end contract delivery, task order development, subcontractor performance, and commercial strategy across a high-value (1530m+) portfolio.Youll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified early, commercial opportunities are optimised, and delivery remains compliant, collaborative, and effective.Key responsibilitiesFull commercial and contractual oversight of GENCO590Drafting and negotiating task orders, valuations, applications for paymentSubcontractor procurement, negotiation, and final account managementCEMAR-led early warning/risk reduction and internal KPI trackingSupporting future SZC scopes and the broader nuclear business unitLine management of junior commercial staffWhat were looking for5+ years NEC3/NEC4 experience in nuclear, civils, or infrastructureStrong background in contractual delivery, task order negotiation, and subcontractor oversightAbility to manage large-scale contract delivery (1530m+)Excellent client-facing and stakeholder relationship management skillsExperience using CEMAR, Sage, or equivalent systemsBPSS security clearance (or ability to obtain)Ideally RICS-qualified or working toward accreditation
