Job DescriptionWe are pleased to be working with a leading and expanding financial services organisation who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner as part of their ongoing expansion.Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who is not just a great generalist but someone with vision and agility to help guide teams and leaders within the business with a range of change, growth, M&A, transition and integration plus more. You will become a trusted advisor to leadership teams across the UK wide business and be responsible for helping shape a high-performance culture.What we are seeking:Proven HR leadership experience, ideally at a Senior HRBP OR HRBP levelIdeally demonstrable experience within the financial services sector.Demonstrable experience with Mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Change, Integration.Sound knowledge of employment law in the UKExceptional stakeholder management skillsCIPD qualification (or working towards it), ideally at Level 7 but this is not essential.Proven project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities with easeIn return our client is offering a competitive basic salary and benefits package including bonus, enhanced pension, PMI etc.
