Job DescriptionContracts Manager Bristol Up to 75,000 + Car Allowance + Package | Regional Building Contractor | Bristol & Surrounding AreasWere working with a well-established regional building contractor based in the South West, who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected name in the industry known for delivering design & build projects in sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential, with values typically ranging from 2m to 15m.As Contracts Manager, youll take overall responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of 24 live projects, ensuring each scheme runs smoothly from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
