As a Business Analyst, you'll conduct detailed business analysis to support the delivery of key projects and drive continuous improvement across organisational and change processes.You will have the opportunity to work across various teams gathering requirements and analysing processes. This role involves collaborating with both technical and non-technical specialists to translate requirements into effective solutions, making it a great opportunity to have a real impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements that enable effective change and improved servicesRunning workshops with stakeholders across the organisationDelivering and supporting the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping/modelling, and supporting technology changesDesigning and delivering targeted process reviews using Agile methodologies to streamline operationsWorking effectively alongside technical Project Managers to advance the business using insights you gatherConducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and support future-state planning and project benefits measurementBuilding strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful deliveryWhat theyre looking for:A business-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams and project managersExperience supporting IT change projectsProfessional curiosity someone who questions existing methods and investigates better approachesA strong analytical and problem-solving approach to workPrevious experience in social housing or the real estate sectorWhats on offer:45,000 per annum12-month fixed-term contractFlexible working (12 days a week on site)Healthcare cash plan25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFeel like this could be a good fit?Please apply to this advert, reach out to me on LinkedIn, or contact me at [email protected] to find out more.
